Golf map - Map and golf course description
Hole 1 – 309/237 m The opening hole is a quite easy par 4 hole in calm terrain in towards the green. After impact, and 50 meters of swamp, the fairway opens up, and even with some bunkers placed centrally in the fairway, this is a hole where you keep the ball in play. The green is relatively easy played, and the possibility of a good score on the opening hole is definitely present.
Hole 2 399/358 m In hole 2 you will meet the course's only par 5 hole, and hence this is the course's longest hole. A somewhat slim and steep fairway with unforgivable swamp on both sides makes this hole more demanding than the length of the hole gives the impression of. Here, tactical assessments will be crucial for the result towards the green. The green is nicely located in an open landscape, and gives good possibilities for a 2-put.
Hole 3 – 265/223 m This is a par 4 hole which ascends evenly from impact to green. With a good strike, water obstacles and swamp are passed, and hence one of the hole's challenges will be overcome. The fairway, which leans to the right and is open and ball friendly, makes play towards the green open and easily played. This is one of the course's hardest green with several obstacles - demanding both concentration and feeling for the ball.
Hole 4 247/211 The tee-off takes you out on a relatively spacious and hilly fairway. The key to par is in the play towards a somewhat large, but narrow green where heather and birch wood give difficult playing conditions right outside the green. A relatively short par 4 hole, and with precision in the play in the foundation for a 2-put on a relatively flat green will be made.
Hole 5 321/280 m This is the course's most challenging hole! Here there are plenty of technical challenges. From the tee-off, water and swamp must be passed to reach the fairway. In addition there is a bunker placed right in the path of a nice tee-off. From there the course curves left, and new water obstacles and bunkers are to be avoided before you enter the relatively easy green. The course's most challenging hole where you need great tactical assessments.
Hole 6 – 124/87m The course's first par 3 hole is at 124 meters from tee-off for men. From tee-off awaits 90 meters of cold mountain water before you reach a small and short green on the other side of the bay. Here a real swing with the right iron is required to avoid water and at the same time avoiding the ball from rolling off the 5 meters deep green. A technically demanding par 3 hole, where lots of water in the play makes many players unnecessarily worried.
Hole 7 176/134m A long and technically demanding par 3 hole. From the tee-off there is water in the play, and a sloping fairway in towards the green, makes precision crucial to keep the ball in play. The large green is luckily easily played, but you need a good strike to finish at par after 176 meters of demanding terrain.
Hole 8 322/373m After 70 meters with swamp and water obstacles you reach an open and easily played fairway. There is water to the left of the entire fairway. The green is placed up from the fairway, and definitely has its challenges with varying irregularities.
Hole 9 83/83m The course's easiest hole, a short played finishing hole with demands to precision. It is a varying and heavily played fairway towards the green, with 2 sand bunkers right in front of the green. Preferably hit short rather than long, and with sensitive hands this should be able to be played in par. |
